CCO Oregon is a statewide, nonprofit member association that advocates and develops strategies to advance coordinated care and health transformation. CCO Oregon’s vision is to hold objective space for subject matter experts from across the coordinated care model to convene and identify evidence-based, stakeholder-driven strategies and solutions that improve care, experience, and cost. Our primary role is to facilitate these convenings and organize issue-specific discourse. CCO Oregon discourse represents and is strengthened by the diversity of organizations we convene.
One of CCO Oregon’s strengths is the breadth of our membership, which includes various provider types, community-based partners, payers, hospitals, clinics, associations, and coordinated care organizations that deliver health and social services within the coordinated care model. Coordinated care in Oregon is often referred to as the hub and spokes model; at CCO Oregon, we convene the hubs and the spokes. Our members serve other states; Medicaid and non-Medicaid markets: rural, urban and frontier constituencies: and, most of them have been doing this work for decades.
